Emma Phelps is the new Halberg Advisor for the Wellington Region. Leveraging her 9 year tenure in the sports and education sector. With a robust background in coaching and athlete development, Emma brings a diverse skill set spanning various sports and recreational pursuits. Her dedication to fostering inclusivity shines through her pioneering work in establishing the Hockey Without Limits Programme during her tenure at Tauranga Hockey, now successfully implemented nationwide. This is where Emma’s passion for enriching the lives of young people with disabilities through sport and recreation participation began.
