Alice Mew

Alice Mew leads the team that manages the NZ Super Fund’s global private market investments and was Chair of the Fund’s Investment Committee from Apr’21 to Aug’23. After starting her career as an Economist at the Reserve Bank in Wellington, Alice spent ~17 years based in London having a ball and gaining extensive experience across a range of geographies and markets / asset classes, from structured finance and fixed income to sovereign credit and economics. Alice serves on the Boards of a number of companies and charities and is delighted to be able to contribute her investment, governance, strategy and leadership skills to the Halberg Foundation.

Alice lives on Waiheke with her husband and two daughters, she loves spending time with her family and friends, travelling, reading, art (appreciating, not creating!) and being active in the outdoors.
