Part Time role: 15 hours per week (40 weeks per year) 

We have an amazing role for a person looking for part-time work with school holidays off.  The role is there to support and help drive our community programmes.  The Halberg Foundation is an iconic charitable organisation, founded by Olympian Sir Murray Halberg in 1963, which aims to enhance the lives of physically disabled New Zealanders by enabling them to participate in sport and recreation.  Our vision is for an Inclusive New Zealand.

This role will work on various programmes of the Foundation’s and be the person who ensures all the administrative processes are executed and up-to-date.  You will work with the wider team to ensure that the delivery of programmes are on a cycle of continuous improvement.  You will use your skills to collaborate within the sector and with partner organisations; recognise gaps and support the identification and development new delivery programmes.  You will need to be able to create, develop and maintain positive, sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations.  You will have excellent writing skills to support this role.

This is an exciting and busy role so we are looking for someone who can deliver in a fast-paced environment where using your initiative is encouraged and being an effective operator is tantamount to success.
