We recommend seeking legal advice to ensure your Will is valid and clearly sets out the way your estate is to be distributed, according to your wishes and circumstances. The best way to support the Hlaberg Foundation in your Will is with a ‘residual’ or ‘percentage’ gift.

We suggest the following wording:
“I give to Halberg Foundation New Zealand, (CC35558), P O Box 137050, Parnell, Auckland 1151, the residue of my estate (or______% of my estate) for its general purposes and declare that the official receipt of the Chief Executive or other authorised officer shall be full and sufficient discharge for my Trustees.” There are other ways you can include a gift in your Will.
